Reading
Reading plays such an important role to overall understanding and comprehension skills. Reading each day at home can make such a huge difference. We recommend that children in EYFS read for 10 minutes each day, KS1 read for at 15 - 20 minutes each day, lower KS2 read for for at 20 - 30 minutes each day and upper KS2 for 30 - 40 minutes each day. This will help with the development of fluency and comprehension.
